I started a new tradition...
My little stink will be four years old pretty soon so his picture is currently in the frame.
I used a wire wreath form and tied three packages of balloons (I think they were 72 count each) and some fabric scraps around the whole thing until it was nice and fluffy.
Then I hung a frame with a piece of wide ribbon.
I love it--what a great way to celebrate each family member!
