My little squishy squish squish is turning one in less than a month...
How???
Oh, that clock keeps on ticking, doesn't it?
For his party, I decided on an elephant theme and I'm busy planning away for all the cuteness.
This is the little elephant I designed as a starting point.
Then I moved into a bolder color palette and ended up with this guy:
And then I started working on an invitation.
If you follow on Facebook (and I am so tickled if you do), you know that I recently had a little voting contest on the invitations I'd designed so far.
I thought that would help me choose, but ACK! The votes were completely divided. Ha!
{By the way, I took my baby's name off.
Didn't want anyone to think I'd named my little boy BROOKE!}
What do you think? Bold or pastel? Dots or stripes?

Girl, I am right there with you- my little guy turns one soon too! I think time flies faster with the second one! I love the invites- they are all super cute & I'd have a hard time choosing one! Good luck and can't wait to see how amazing the party turns out!
ReplyDeleteI like the very last one with the bold colors and the stripes.
ReplyDeleteI like the stripes! Cute invitations either way though!
ReplyDeleteDEFINITELY bold, and I like stripes but they're both good.
ReplyDeleteI like the bold dots the best!
ReplyDeleteI love the bold and stripes for a boy. What a cute theme, Erin! Enjoy the party--I can't wait to read about it!
ReplyDeleteI'm all for bold!
ReplyDeleteI like the bold dots best, but bold stripes is cute too. I don't want to go ALL out on my daughters first birthday, but I don't want it to be a regular day/dinner either. Keep us updated on everything you do so I can get some good ideas!
