Slow Cooker Chocolate Pudding Cake

SlowCookerChocolatePuddingCake

This won't last long!

Ingredients:

18.25-oz. pkg. chocolate cake mix
3.9-oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
2 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1/4 t. salt
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine everything except the chocolate chips with a mixer for two minutes. Pour into a slow cooker sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Cover and cook on low for 2-1/2 hours or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (that's how long mine took--yours may vary). Stir if the edges start to look brown during the cooking time. Gently fold in chocolate chips while cake is still very hot.

Serve topped with ice cream or fresh whipped cream.

Makes 10-12 servings.
