Hold the phone. Didn't I just do a mantel, like, last week?!
Yes, yes I did. (Find it here.)
I'm sure you've seen lots and lots of pink ribbons, tee shirts and other similar stuff around lately... October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
I gingerly tucked away the Halloween mantel stuff for this week.
And by "gingerly tucked away," I mean it's piled up in the corner of my bedroom.
On Sunday, I'm throwing a Pink Sunday fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and I've invited everyone I know to come join me! I'm pretty excited (and nervous) about it all. I even took out an ad in the local paper.
I'm a pretty big deal right now. At least that's what the sticky note on my bathroom mirror tells me.

It's going to be an Open House shopping afternoon with Thirty-One (which I sell) and several other vendors, food, door prizes--all set up in my living room and kitchen!
Zooey-Mama!
We watched Diary of a Wimpy Kid this weekend. The four-year-old and I live for our "Zooey-Mama" moments now. We're on the same humor-level like that.
So to spruce the place up a bit, I downloaded this free printable set from Chickabug and pulled out all the pink I could find (with no other ladies in this house, that was harder than I thought).
Later in the week, I'll be showing you a few other pink ideas I have up my sleeve for Sunday afternoon.
By the way, if you purchase anything through Thirty-One this week under the Pink Sunday Party, a portion of your total will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer research.
